The success of your order depends on the information you provide us. Please verify all spelling and make sure the information provided is 100% correct before submitting the order. We have to make them exactly as ordered and we cannot change anything once the order has been placed.

DIPLOMA AND TRANSCRIPTS PRODUCTION PROCESS by Chris Wooten,

1. Once you place your order, the information you submitted, is then sent to our Production / Research Department in West Palm Beach, FL. During this time our staff completes research of the school you chose and finds the correct layout from our expansive collection of school diplomas and transcripts. They then enter the information you submitted on the diploma and transcripts in our computer programs and double check that everything is correct and the layout is perfect on all documents. 1 - 2 Days.

2. Our Printing department In West Palm Beach, FL then receives the file and our staff sets up our computers and document equipment with the files that were sent to them. All necessary ink, paper, seals, etc. are obtained and assembled to the exact requirements that the Production / Research department sent. 1 - 2 Days.

3. After the Printing department has finished the Diploma and transcripts they are sent to our Quality Control department. Our staff examines each document for any errors and they also double check the information provided by the customer is correct and entered correctly. When this process is completed and each document passes our QC department the set is sent to our Shipping department. This is where our staff double packs your diploma and transcripts in Priority Mail boxes. The boxes are then hand delivered to the local Post Office and a text is sent to you with the tracking number. 1 - Day.

This is why we say within 6 business days but most are completed in 3 business days.

We do our best to mail all orders in a timely matter unless we are trying to collect information from the client. please make sure we have all the necessary information to complete you order.

We use UPS trackable shipping based on what the client selects at checkout.

Please note that our printed document orders are shipped and delivered via UPS.

We are not responsible once your order has been shipped. Once an order has been picked up and is in-transit it becomes the responsibility of UPS.

We are provided with a tracking number that UPS emails to clients separately so that the status and progress of deliveries can be monitored.

In the event of a lost, damaged or delayed shipment, UPS will need to be contacted by the receiver to open an investigation and file a claim. In these instances, as a courtesy, our policy is to reship your order with a signature required. We do not offer refunds for lost, late or damaged packages.
