1. Once you place your order, the information you submitted, is then sent to our Production / Research Department. During this time our staff completes research of the school you chose and finds the correct layout from our expansive collection of diplomas and transcripts. They then enter the information you submitted on the diploma and transcripts in our computer programs and double check that everything is correct and the layout is perfect on all documents. 1 Day.

2. Our Printing department  then receives the file and our staff sets up our computers and document equipment with the files that were sent to them. All necessary ink, paper, seals, etc. are obtained and assembled to the exact requirements that the Production / Research department sent. 1 Day.

3. After the Printing department has finished the Diploma and transcripts they are sent to our Quality Control department. Our staff examines each document for any errors and they also double check the information provided by the customer is correct and entered correctly. When this process is completed and each document passes our QC department the set is sent to our Shipping department. This is where our staff double packs your diploma and transcripts in UPS boxes.
