Accurate InformationThe success of your order depends on the information you provide us. Please verify all spelling and make sure the information provided is 100% correct before submitting the order. Do you list the correct presidents and other regents on the diploma?We guarantee the President correct to 10 years ago, the signature will denote the current president as is done on virtually all actual university replacement diplomas. We use semi-legible or non-legible signatures because the exact signature is illegal. All other signatures other than the president will need to be supplied. If you need correct president for a smaller school more than 10 years old, you will absolutely need to supply them. Note that large state universities and colleges, as well as larger private and IVY league schools are normally accurate to 10 years ago and again, they will NOT BE EXACT COPIES OF THE ORIGINAL.Refund PolicyAll Sales Are Final. ShippingEach order ships via USPS with tracking so that it maybe tracked along the way and guarantee delivery. The package will be discreet and we will not appear on the shipment. Once a package has shipped, We will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays such as weather, failure of USPS to find the delivery location or inability for someone to sign for the package.
